Order Cancellation Policy

At Automobile Adventures, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our cancellation terms below:

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • To cancel, customers must contact us immediately via WhatsApp / Email / Phone with their Order Number.
  • If the order has not yet been processed, packed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers may still refuse delivery, but:
    • Shipping charges (both ways) will be deducted.
    • Refund will be processed only after the package returns to us in unused condition

3. Prepaid Order Cancellation

  • Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

4. COD Order Cancellation

  • COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
    • Customers may still refuse delivery, but COD Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Repeated COD refusals may lead to restriction from future COD orders.

5. Custom / Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom-cut or personalized products cannot be cancelled once processing begins..
